Description
SB. Holmes Tree Insulator, Style B. Clamshell flake at right ML base. Metal bracket slightly rusty, but good condition. Metal base more rusty. Dry porcess porcelain bushing quite dirty, several cracks, and base rest is very evidently dry process.
Story
Was emailing back and forth about baby signals and Brodie patents and tree insulators, and he mentioned that he had a group and was probably going to sell them at some point. We discussed worth some, and after some more back and forth I made an offer which he accepted. I'm delighted to finally get these, and even more so to have some of the history behind these inslators!
