Locke Hi Tops and Hubbard gap arresters on an AmerenUE 7200 V line in Spanish Lake, MO.

Pole on a 7200 V AmerenUE line. It was put up in August 1989 in Maryland Heights, MO along Marine Road near Amiot Dr, when the road was widened. Insulators: brown Chance hi top, a skytone, an Ohio Brass skytone, and a rack of three brown spools. (March 14, 2004)

AmerenUE 34 kV double circuit pole with switches on one circuit. Located in Riverview, MO along BNSF line. (May 28, 2004)

AmerenUE 7200 V switchpoles on Bellefontaine Road in Spanish Lake, MO. Insulators on the old pole are EIV 6" bells, ITE U-657s, Kearney switches, and several types of arresters. It is not very common for AmerenUE to have arresters on both sides of the switch, but you can see 6 arresters on this pole. The new pole has Chance M-3 polymer switches and Ohio Brass dead ends and arresters. (June 2002)
