Story Was walking around the show, and stopped at Jack's table. He had a 7-up American 134, a superb lilac SB HG CO 162, a green Boston barrel, and this. I missed it originally, looking at the 134, but Bill pointed it out. Bill was there, and Chris, Bill asked the price on the 7-up. $3,000, and one thing and another Jack mentioned the price on this. I hadn't been going to ask, expecting it to be higher than that, but when he said the price I turned and looked at Bill and had to start thinking about it. After a bit of hemming and hawing around, I talked to Jack and we worked something out. A bit down, then several payments, and it's mine. Chris vouched for me. |
