BR, Embossed. Chip at front corner of PATENT PENDING side, light spot in glaze at top/center on same side, flat chip on kitty corner corner. Bracket is rusty enough that can't (easily) read the writing on the bracket.
Story
Per Rick: It was previously owned by Roy Parker of Geneseo, Illinois. He was a member of the Greater Chicago Insulator Club who died recently and I bought his collection. Based on what records he had (e.g., business cards stuffed in insulators), he bought most of his insulators locally.
