SB. Dot on dome. Minor pings on WG ridge above left of "POLICE". Ding on upper WG above "NA". Base rub as if used as paper weight. Group of 4-5 bumps near left ML on base (slightly ground down).

Saw this at the National and wanted to buy, but Butch had started packing early. Agreed on price and he said he'd be in London. Lo and behold, he was, and still with the insulator. Paid the agreed to price, and there it is!
